New Required Dealings declared

On 21 December 2020 the Registrar General declared twenty-nine dealings to be a Required Dealing, moving closer toward 100% electronic lodgment in NSW. A full list of the proposed Required Dealings has been published on our website, on the Schedule of eDealings page.
Following the 90 day notice period, all Required Dealings must be lodged electronically through an ELNO. This means that from Monday 22 March 2021, these dealings will only be available for electronic lodgment.
These changes are made under Conveyancing Rule 8.8, which mandates the electronic lodgment of dealings from 1 July 2020.
