Updated Guide to uploading documents through the Subscriber Compliance Portal

The Office of the Registrar General has published an updated Guide to uploading documents through the Subscriber Compliance Portal (called Kiteworks).

A key change is that Subscribers will now receive a pop-up notification confirming that the documents have been successfully uploaded.

This change aims to improve clarity for Subscribers who are required to provide documents and evidence demonstrating their compliance with the NSW Participation Rules under the eConveyancing Subscriber Compliance regime.
